What sizes are your bracelets?
Women’s Handmade Bracelets – 7” Long Big Kids (Ages 6-11) Handmade Bracelets – 6.5” Long Little Kids (5 & Under) – 5.5” Long Please Note - We do not recommend bracelets for children under the age of 3 years old as this could be a choking hazard.
How do I care for my jewelery?

Can I request a refund or make a return?
Custom orders are final sale. Store credit will be offered on all other items. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request store credit. You will receive your credit in the form of an E gift card to use towards a future purchase. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return for store credit, you can contact us at shopemeraldandperidot@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will have you pack your item and ship it back whichever method is easiest for you and paid for by you. If you are local, we can arrange a drop off. We are not responsible for paying for shipping returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Does my store credit expire?
No, your store credit will not expire.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Before you shop, pleae note that the current processing time for custom bracelets is 10 to 12 business days plus shipping. Each item is handmade with love in the order which it is received. We will do our best to get your order out sooner than the 10-12 buiness days, but that isn’t always possible. All other items will ship 3 days after we receive your order. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order ships.
Can I expedite an order?
Yes, we can expedite your order at an order at an additional cost. Prices will vary based on order.
Do you ship internatioanlly?
At this time, we offer shipping throughout the US and Canada.
